Land Lease
Do you own a property in a high traffic area?
Our Land Lease option requires zero risk from our property owners. SkyShot Digital will cover all of the costs while our property owners simply get a negotiated lease payment on the 15th of each month.
SkyShot Digital will maintain ownership of the digital billboards and the billboard structures at all times.
Step 1: Site Evaluation
We will assess your property for zoning, electrical connections and visibility requirements to ensure suitability for digital signage.
Step 2: Proposal
Receive a tailored proposal, including lease terms and potential earnings specific to your location.
Step 3: Permitting
SkyShot Digital will aquire all municipal/county permits including site plans, engineered drawings and MTO permits where applicable.
Step 4: Installation
SkyShot Digital, through our sister company, SkyShot Management, will complete the installation of the billboard structure and billboards screens.
Step 5: Selling Ads
SkyShot DIgital will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining advertising customers for the duration of the lease.
Step 6: Maintenance
SkyShot Digital will be responsible for any maintenance and repairs required to maintain maximum operational up time for our advertisers.
Profit Sharing
Unlike our Land Lease option, our Profit Sharing option requires a substantial investment from our property owners but your annual ROI will be in the high 20's.
Our standard billboard is a double sided 16ft by 8ft digital Billboard and costs approximately $175,000+HST including the billboard structure, permitting, installation and software.
Property owner(s) will maintain ownership of the digital billboards and the billboard structures at all times.
SkyShot Digital will manage the operations and advertising for a renewable 10 year contract.
Property owners received 50% of net profits.
